How do I update my card details?

  1. Log into the Sanctuary Account page https://membership.fertilemindset.com/
  2. In the top right-hand corner, you will see ‘Account’, click here.
  3. Navigate to the Account page’s ‘Payment’ tab.
  4. From here you should be able to update your card payment details..

How do I cancel my membership?

  1. Log into the Sanctuary Account page https://membership.fertilemindset.com/
  2. In the top right-hand corner, you will see ‘Account’, click here.
  3. Navigate to the Account page’s ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
  4. From here you should be able to cancel your subscription

How do I renew my cancelled membership?

  1. Log into the Sanctuary Account page https://membership.fertilemindset.com/
  2. In the top right-hand corner, you will see ‘Account’, click here.
  3. Navigate to the Account page’s ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
  4. From here you should be able to click the option that says “subscribe” If this doesn’t redirect you to the registration link please go to https://membership.fertilemindset.com/register/monthly-membership/ to register and you will be asked to make a payment of £29 to rejoin.

How do I request my free Sanctuary wristband?

Please email Heather on support@fertilemindset.com with the title “Wristband” and provide your delivery address, to request your free wristband.

If you have lost your band or would like to purchase additional wristbands for yourself or friends please visit our page here for instructions

How do I join the Your Sanctuary Members-only Facebook group?

Please click on the link https://www.facebook.com/groups/YourSanctuary/
and provide the password you were given in your welcome email when joining.
