How do I request my free Sanctuary wristband?

If you are on a paid membership level we would love to send you a Sanctuary wristband in the post. There is no charge and we post worldwide!

How do I join the Sanctuary members only Facebook group?

The private Sanctuary Facebook group is where much of our live support takes place, and where you can connect with other members. Join the Facebook group here.

 

 

Can I get pregnancy support in the Sanctuary?

Yes! You will find the Pregnancy + Parenting Sanctuary where support is available to you. Scroll down to the bottom of the Sanctuary home page to find it! 

How do I update my payment card details?
  1. Log in to your Sanctuary account here: https://membership.fertilemindset.com/
  2. Click on ‘Account’ in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Next click on the Account page’s ‘Subscriptions’ tab. 
  4. From here choose ‘Update’ and add your new payment card details. It will be updated and ready for your next payment.
What happens to my membership if my payment card is cancelled/expired/declined?

If we are unable to take a payment from the card on file for any reason, the system will automatically attempt the payment again. You will receive notification emails to update your card details during this time. If further payment attempts are unsuccessful your subscription will be automatically cancelled.

How do I cancel my membership?
  1. Log in to your Sanctuary account here: https://membership.fertilemindset.com/
  2. Click on ‘Account’ in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Next click on the Account page’s ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
  4. Click on ‘Cancel

How do I activate a cancelled membership?
